Our marketing strategies are sharp, effective and aggressive and strategically designed with Landlords in mind. Our landlord representation Team is experienced in our market and has the expertise to represent Landlords who own single properties as well as those with extensive portfolios. Together with you, we define and position the asset in the marketplace, identify potential customers, create and use our marketing resources and manage the full lease up process.

CCRE represents strategically focused Clients looking to pursue strategic acquisition and growth opportunities in the Tri-State area. We have an extensive network of community banks, attorneys, brokers (are protected), and others in the real estate industry with whom we regularly meet to identify properties for potential acquisition. Our Client base is prepared to enter into creative deal structures, including joint venture transactions. Our objective is to acquire distressed assets directly from owners or financial institutions holding foreclosed real estate and debt instruments that are either in default or on bank watch lists. Many of these assets may benefit from our Client’s strategy and experience in turning around distressed properties, portfolios and companies. REO-Real Estate Owned Bank or financial institution-owned real estate that has been foreclosed and held in inventory. Distressed Assets Non-performing or sub-performing commercial real estate assets whose maturity has passed and faces high probability that it cannot be refinanced. These properties can be individually or owner-operator or part of a large portfolio, Distressed Notes Banks or financial institutions actively seeking to sell notes for non-performing real estate assets. CCRE specific Clients will purchase these notes from the Bank and negotiate with secondary equity holders.
