Ryan Betz

Ryan Betz is a commercial real estate agent with Capitol Commercial Real Estate Group, serving clients throughout the Main Line and the greater Philadelphia region. A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia suburbs, Ryan brings strong local market familiarity and a practical understanding of business operations to his work with clients. Before entering commercial real estate, Ryan spent more than five years working with Betz & Associates, Inc., which operates a multi-unit retail portfolio including 10 Starbucks locations and three Apple a Day Café locations. In this role, he was actively involved in the financial and operational management of the business, overseeing responsibilities such as accounting, payroll administration, inventory management, and invoicing. This hands-on experience managing high-volume retail operations provides Ryan with valuable insight into the needs and challenges faced by business owners and retail tenants. Ryan graduated summa cum laude from West Chester University with a degree in Psychology, where he developed strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. His academic background supports his ability to understand client objectives and approach transactions with careful preparation and attention to detail. Prior to West Chester University, Ryan was a four-year member of the Bucknell University football program, competing as a defensive tackle at the Division I level. His experience as a collegiate athlete helped develop the discipline, work ethic, and team-first mindset that continue to shape his professional approach today.
